Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Email us at eastcoastpadelshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and, if approved, coordinate a return shipping label on your behalf at no cost to you. 

We cover return shipping. Once your return is approved, a prepaid label will be sent to you within 2 business days. Simply pack up the item and drop it off at the carrier location.

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

The following items cannot be returned:

∙ Items that have been used, strung, or customized.

∙ Items returned after the 30-day window.

∙ Items not in original packaging.
